Meditative Reiki Session with Gina Duffy

Come join us for a spiritual night of Meditation and Relaxation.  Our guest host, Ms. Gina Duffy, is a certified Reiki Practitioner and will be leading our group through a guided spiritual journey to help restore physical and emotional well-being. 

Reiki is a healing art, based on the principle that a practitioner can act as a conduit for those who participate, to channel and deliver the energy needed to restore balance, for both emotional and physical healing.  The session is approximately one-hour long.

IMPROVE YOUR DEADLIFT

4 hour hands-on workshop. 

Focused on the fundamentals of deadlifting biomechanics. Breaks down multiple assessments of shoulder and hip mobility, as well as core stability and strength, in order to identify dysfunction in human movement and specifically the hip hinge. Explains how and why the dysfunction may occur, and offers solutions to correcting muscle asymmetries which may be the root of the dysfunction. Certificate of completion will be provided to attendees for continuing education credit submission.

2 hour hands-on workshop.

Teaches various techniques of assessment in identifying posterior pelvic tilt and other dysfunctional biomechanics in the squat.  Demonstrates and actively engages students to teach them how to apply corrective exercises and interventions as adopted by elite athletes and their trainers. Explains how and why the dysfunction may occur, and offers solutions to correcting muscle asymmetries which may be the root of the dysfunction.

TURKISH GET UP

4 hour hands-on workshop. 

Breaks down multiple assessments of the shoulders, spine/core , hips, and ankles in order to identify dysfunctional human movement using the bench press  as the baseline. Explains how and why the dysfunction may occur, and offer solutions to correcting muscle asymmetries which may be the root cause of the dysfunction and/or creating pain in the client.
